Last week, I posted about enjoying doughnuts while on Weight Watchers, wondering all the while, if I could really swing both. Well I’m happy to report, I can. By the way, in addition to the doughnuts, I also enjoyed an anniversary dinner with the hubby at Stage Left, including some champagne, great wine (a southern rhone I believe), foie gras (only two bites … it is foie gras afterall), venison, as well as a shared bread pudding dessert. Not to mention other indulgences including dinner with friends at home Saturday night featuring Fettucine Bolognese with a kick-ass Brunello and some pignolli cookies from Scala Bakery for dessert.
You should know though this was the week I started actively pursuing my ActiveLink goal, hitting 100% (4 activity points) on five of the seven days.
Anyway, the scale confirmed it, if you follow the program, you can indulge every now and again and still lose (2.8lbs, if you’re curious). Can’t wait to see what this week holds.
I’m impressed! All those great bites of food and you still lost almost 3lbs. You must be exercising you ass off.
