I’m not sure why I’ve never read Sue Grafton’s Kinsey Millhone series, starting with A is for Alibi. I’m pretty sure people have recommended them to me but they just were never on my radar … until my library added them to their Kindle lending library.
After waiting a couple of months for the first book, I started to read it this weekend and within the first two chapters knew I would like it. It was such a quick, easy read and while I did figure part of it out pretty early on, things still kept me guessing almost to the end. Definitely worth the “price” and I’m now on hold for the second in the series. If you like quick mysteries, give it a go.
