I have a lot to write about given the fantastic weekend we had. But I’m still a bit loopy from little sleep and crossing time zones twice in four days. So for now, I’d like to share with you some of my favorite ads from the Superbowl. I’ve always had an affinity for the ads, since that’s what my Dad did for a living for over 40 years.
First the Honorable Mentions
Love the Cat Screeching – Bud Light
Hank the Clydesdale – a sentimental favorite (though I wish the frogs would come back)
Bud Light Super Bowl Commercial: The Ability to Fly
C’mon it’s pretty funny when he gets sucked into the airplane.
Coca-Cola Coke Superbowl Commercial Ad feat. Bill Frist and Jam
I just want to know how they got them to do this one (I guess everyone has a price)
My favorites!
Carrier Pigeons Bad Choice for Shipping
Squirrel vs Car – I love the screaming animals
Woman Attracts Men – I recommend bacon as well
Giant Mouse Trap – Warning Palma, Don’t Look
So any I missed?
My faves are almost always the ones with animals like the Clydesdale one.
The Mouse trap one cracked me up!
This year, I also liked that Wine and Cheese party Bud Light ad, and that car ad with the deer, Alice Cooper, and Richard Simmons in the road. I liked the balloons chasing the Coke bottle (with Charlie Brown getting it at the end).
