Wait a minute? I know you’re wondering, when did she go before? Well, that trip happened last spring and happened so quickly that I never had a chance to write about it, let alone prepare. But not this time.

Okay, but other than saying we’re hoping to finalize our plans for our rental today and that I’m going from August 30th (arriving August 31) until September 5th (need to get home for first day of school). Let me talk briefly about my last trip.Eiffel Tower at Night
Near mid to the end of May, Chris found out he had to go to Paris for work (he has a client who’s parent company is located in Paris – yes, I know it’s rough). Anyway, good man that he is, he called me and said, “I have enough frequent flyer miles, come with me.” Long story short, I went.

We had to fly over separately, and for three days he worked while I toured on my own, but then we had two wonderful days together. Not to mention every night, dining out in Paris – yum.
I still intend to write a trip report for the trip, so for now I’ll leave you with that tease, and to know that this upcoming trip to Paris, isn’t my virgin voyage, nor do I intend it to be my swan song. Paris, definitely bumped London out of favorite cities (along with NYC, Rome and San Francisco).
